Grant Program 


LaGuardia Gateway Partners proudly supports STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) focused initiatives in our home borough of Queens.


This year, we have launched our 1st annual grant challenge to further STEM education and invest in the next generation of leaders, thinkers and makers. We look forward to contributing to our community as we continue to operate the new Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport throughout the course of our 35-year lease.


Eligibility Requirements:

  • Organizations must be a tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in good standing with the IRS. Fiscally sponsored organizations are eligible.

  • Organizations must be located in or serve the Borough of Queens.

  • The program must focus on STEM and be in operation for at least one year at the time of the application.

  • LGP will accept one grant application per Tax ID number. Organizations that share a Tax ID number must coordinate internally as only one application will be accepted for consideration.

  • Must have a non-discrimination policy that ensures it does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, sex, religion, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, or disability.

  • The following organizations are not eligible to apply: Labor, Political, and/or Religious Organizations.


What it Funds:

  • STEM programs that serves the Borough of Queens

  • Funds are non-restricted for program-related expenses

Regardless of the outcome of this application, LGP is under no obligation to designate an award recipient, or to negotiate or award the grant.  At no time will LGP have any duty or obligation to disclose to applicants or third parties any information regarding LGP, the evaluation of applications, the process, or anything related thereto.  LGP will notify the applicants regarding the outcome of their application in writing.  LGP will make reasonable efforts to notify applicants who are not selected as an award recipient, provided that LGP is under no obligation to do so.

By submitting an application hereunder, applicant agrees that it will not assert any claim whatsoever against LGP, its partners, employees, contractors or agents relating to this grant, its participation in this process or any outcome of this application.  Applicant, by submitting an application hereunder, waives any claim for damages or loss of profits if applicant is not designated as an award recipient.  LGP reserves the right to reject any applications it deems, in its sole judgement, inappropriate to receive the grant.  Applicant understands and accepts that LGP may, in its sole discretion, consider none, some or all of the information verified and obtained in its application.
