LaGuardia Gateway Partners is operating LaGuardia Terminal B and building a new best-in-class terminal that New York can be proud of, through a public-private partnership with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. We are seeking certified minority and women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) subcontractors, vendors and consultants for construction associated with the redevelopment project and operations and maintenance of the terminal. We are also seeking Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) firms for terminal concession, retail and services opportunities.

As of November 30, 2019, LaGuardia Gateway Partners and its contractor, Skanska-Walsh Joint Venture, have commitments valued at $907 million to 286 MWBE firms. We have a variety of different contract packages coming out in the near future where we are seeking highly qualified bidders to participate. Here’s a list of upcoming opportunities:

For contracting opportunities as an M/WBE; certification with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and/or Empire State Development is required on this project. If you’ve already been certified or will be certified in the near future, please be sure that your business profile on the applicable M/WBE directory has the right services attributed to it and contact information is up-to-date. We will send out solicitations of interest to prospective bidders based on the work categories that each company is certified to perform. Ex. – requests for proposals on masonry scopes will only go to those companies that have been certified to perform masonry work.
